Computer programming, the silent weapon, has a massive error rate. It can only predict variants on behavior, or characteristics if the behavior is no longer designed, the entire thing implodes (the merchants start wailing). Agents are squirming and wailing all over, assuming I have the key they need to stop this. I do not, it is a waste of time, that allows hemorrhage. The key, is in the behavioral designs, otherwise situational outcomes, do not coincide with what actually occurs.
Descriptive Introduction of the Silent Weapon: http://www.lawfulpath.com/ref/sw4qw/index.shtml#five
If one relies on an energy source...if the energy source (behavior) is gone, it defeats the purpose of seeking the source of energy (re sourcing). Sadly, "agents" are a predictable behavior set, and outcome. They began going after the secret service today, saying it is not the agency, but bad agents....this is after they said 650,000 federal employees, may not have passed their criminal background checks. Over half a million federal employee retirements, are of course up for grabs...
Placement tests = MASINT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MASINT
So, here they are trained HUMINT, having already purged data to their handlers via various testing mechanism, within Delphi technique (polling, census, suveys, test taking)
They must must must, have that signature/title, gold bar on their collar, attached to a leash (tie), and in this, they are called "good dog" (agent). This is not good for anyone at all, as they are more predictable than the averaged citizen under general average, and much much much easier to dispose of...
